Nissan Leaf EV Tour

Anxious to show off their 100 percent electric Leaf plug-in automobile, Nissan has put together a mini-tour that will see the spunky compact car hit 22 cities in the United States starting in November.  An additional stop will also be made in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Nissan has been aggressively marketing the Leaf over the past 6 months, working hard to secure what it calls “partnerships” with major American cities in order to create a network of charging stations that will be ready when the Leaf is unleashed on the commercial marketplace in the near future.  The Nissan Leaf is a fully-featured automobile with a top speed of 90 miles per hour and seating for up to five passengers.
